Do you conduct a background check on your cleaning staff?

Yes. We ensure all team members have background and police checks before commencing work with Zen Clean Group.

Is your company insured?

Yes. We carry liability insurance and have a policy in place in case items are broken, damaged, or missing.

Do you bring equipment and cleaning supplies?

Yes. We will have all equipment and eco-friendly products ready to use. However, if customers prefer to use their own equipment and product, we are happy to follow instructions and make sure to use the right products and tools on each surface.

Do you have a satisfaction guarantee?

Yes. We are open to any suggestions and feedback. We understand that there is a possibility that customers may be unhappy with a particular service, and in that case, we will offer a free touch up clean.

How will you gain access to my home?

For most commercial cleans, we will request the keys and/or code as most of our jobs are conducted after business hours and on the weekend. For all home cleaning services, customers have the option to provide us with a key or code, or to be at home when we come to clean. We promise to secure all keys in a safe place. Your security and privacy is our priority.

How do you set your rates?

Estimates vary depending on customer budgets and needs, frequency and scope of the cleaning service, condition of your property and so forth. We aim to give you a customised solution following our initial discussion and site visit.

Do you have extra special services?
